Description

RT384 is a multifunctional process controller, available in 5 DIN housings, with a universal programmable input for resistance thermometers, thermocouples and linear signals. It has selectable control laws, including PID, PID-PWM and PID for motor valves, providing precise control of technological processes. The device has a programmable digital filter, manual mode with bumpless switching, as well as calibration and self-calibration for increased accuracy. The ability to communicate via RS485 interface allows integration into industrial networks and SCADA systems.

RT384 is a universal process controller, which finds wide application in various sectors thanks to its flexibility, universal input and control. Its main applications include:

  • Industrial automation – used for control and regulation of technological processes in the chemical, metallurgical and food industries.
  • Temperature control – control of heaters, furnaces, extruders, dryers and other thermal processes with high accuracy.
  • HVAC and air conditioning equipment – temperature and humidity control in various environments, including clean rooms and laboratories.
  • Linear signal processes – control of pressure, level, flow and other analog quantities, thanks to the support of current (4-20mA) and voltage (0-10V) inputs.
  • Energy – used in boilers, steam turbines, power plants to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  • Mechanical engineering – integration into specialized machines and production lines for automated control.
