Thermowells

What is a thermowell?

Thermowell is a component that is placed at the end of a pipe, cable, tool, or other device to provide proper connection, protection, or functionality. It can perform different roles depending on the application, such as ensuring proper connection, directing flow (in the case of pipes), or even creating specific effects (for example in pneumatic tools).
The thermowell provides a stable and strong connection between different components, helps to correctly direct liquids, gases or other materials, protects the ends of cables, pipes or other components from damage, corrosion or wear. The thermowells can add additional functionality, such as controlling pressure flow.
