Description

By means of a thin-film sensor with a capacitance varying in proportion to the relative humidity of the environment, the RHT measures the humidity of air and non-aggressive gases and converts it into a standardized 2-wire current signal. A built-in temperature drift minimization system ensures good measurement stability, and a built-in temperature sensor or a second 2-wire transmitter allows measurement of ambient temperature simultaneously with humidity. The RH transducer is factory calibrated and requires no adjustment, and the temperature transducer can be field calibrated. 3 variants are available, depending on the installation method and temperature range. All this, as well as the high degree of protection and small dimensions, facilitates the installation and operation of the RHT, and the low price significantly increases its field of application.
