Description
By means of a thin-film capacitive sensor, the capacity of which changes in proportion to the change in the relative humidity of the environment, RHA measures the relative humidity of air and non-aggressive gases at atmospheric pressure and converts it into a standardized voltage output signal. Based on the RHT transducer, but with the entire electronic unit contained in one cylindrical body, this probe is specially adapted for rapid measurement by portable moisture meters with a programmable or adjustable input. What’s more, a platinum temperature sensor can be embedded in the RHA to measure the temperature of the environment simultaneously with the humidity. Through its flexible cable and miniature coupling, the RHA transducer is easily connected to the H5800 portable unit to form a lightweight, convenient and versatile means of portable relative humidity control with a wide range of applications.
