The NSC cartridge heaters offered by COMECO are manufactured by the Spanish company ELECTRICFOR. They are designed specifically for heating solids and provide high power in a small size. The smallest size is 6.5×49 mm and the largest power is 2500 W. The cartridge heaters have a stainless housing and are available in both metric and inch sizes. On request, executions with dimensions and parameters according to the customer’s wishes are possible. A built-in “J” type thermocouple is also available as an option. The HCC series cartridge heaters are very useful in applications where high power is required while maintaining a small size, e.g. when heating injection molds, embedding in specialized machines, etc.
