Description

The relative humidity sensitive element SH consists of a system of electrodes built on a glass-ceramic substrate and covered with a moisture-sensitive polymer coating and a vapor- and water-permeable metal membrane. This roof system is a moisture sensitive condenser. Working on the principle of capacitance measurement, SH measures the relative humidity of air and non-aggressive gases and gas mixtures with good stability and linearity, small hysteresis and excellent dynamic qualities.
